In 2012 we had over 17,000 visits to our web pages, with visitors stretching across the globe from the Arctic to Australia – pretty amazing for a little east-end launderette! Check out some of the countries that our visitors have come from, and look at the impressive shaded areas of the map – who could believe we’d have people in Azerbaijan, Chile or Vanuatu and all points inbetween checking our website!

Crikey, it’s cold! Don’t forget that we’ve now got a great new machine large enough to wash your duvets and blankets with ease, and our other machines can easily cope with all your other winter woollies. If you’re stuck for time get your things service washed – so you can keep warm and stay fresh with ease. Look how amazed this woman is with her spruced-up mittens…

This Saturday 10th November is the Lord Mayor’s Show, a brilliant spectacle for a dull autumn day. Wrap up warm and take a brolly – a flask of something good and hot might be an idea too – and take in the pageantry and fun. There are no fireworks this year, but the tradition of a flotilla has been resurrected with the Lord Mayor taking to the barge Gloriana at Westminster.
Check out the full details at the Lord Mayors Show website.

Our water pump has broken down. An engineer has been called and we hope to have the problem fixed by this afternoon.
We will be posting updates on our facebook page.
