Need Your Winter Woollies Freshened Up?
Posted by Boundary Community Launderette on 16/11/2010
Blimey, it’s freezing! If, like us, you’ve been caught out by the sudden drop in temperature, you might have discovered that – however well you put them away – those winter woollies could do with freshening up. Never Fear! Bring them in to us and the pain of having to wait forever to get them fresh as a daisy can be eased. Whether you have a service wash or do it yourself, we’re one of the cheapest launderettes in the area, run by and for residents of the Boundary Estate for residents of our neighbourhood.
We’re open from 8am with the last wash at 6.15pm every day (except Bank Holidays) and close at 7pm, so you can leave your washing on your way to work and collect it the same evening – or even at lunchtime! If you’d prefer to do the wash yourself our machines are easy to use and speedy, time it right and you could be in and out in an hour or less. We’ve got a second-hand bookstall that has books to suit all tastes (all money raised goes to good causes), helpful local info and there’s a selection of great cafes on our doorstep to sustain you. The time could fly as you wait for your wash, especially if you chance on overhearing a bit of juicy gossip or watch the beautiful people parading along Calvert Avenue. Washing at the Boundary Community Launderette needn’t be as boring as you think!
