Where Have All The Flowers Gone?

Posted by Boundary Community Launderette on 22/03/2011

It’s lovely to see that spring is well and truly here with the planters showing signs of fresh growth and lovely blooms, and the trees full of blossom. Some of our neighbours take a huge amount of pride in tending to the planters in the courtyards for everyone to enjoy, so it’s a real shame that their efforts are spoiled by people picking the flowers or even taking whole plants! The planters were the initiative of the then Tenants & Residents Association and funded by their efforts, and the planters have gone a long way in helping improve the look and feeling of the estate. If it wasn’t for the few dedicated residents who give their time and money to maintain them the Boundary would be a much duller place, we should show them our gratitude and respect.
