What Do We Want? More Books! When Do We Want ‘Em? Er, When You’ve Got Some…

Posted by Boundary Community Launderette on 16/05/2011

We’re proud of our little book stall and everyone who’s donated and bought books, and once again our ever-hungry bookstall needs filling up so we can raise more money for more good causes. If you’ve got any books you no longer want please bring them in to the launderette. Every penny raised from book sales is donated to good causes, admin costs are met by the voluntary directors. So, just by decluttering your home of a book or two, getting rid of that unwanted book from Auntie Nellie or passing on a good read you’ll be doing two good things – letting someone else have the chance to have a good-value read and raising money for a good cause. Good, isn’t it?

If you have any suggestions for charities we could donate the money to, please let us know.  Leave a note in the comments box below, or tell one of our staff when you’re next in the launderette.
